Cosy Mama products are made-to-order. Orders are usually sent out within 7 working days after receipt of order and payment, but some items may take slightly longer. If an item is required more urgently please let us know and we will do our best to get it to you quickly. If for any reason we are unable to fulfil your order you will be contacted via email and give you the option of waiting until the item is available, choosing an alternative item or cancelling your order. When you place your order payment must be received in full before the order can be accepted.
Goods up to the value of £50 will be sent out in the United Kingdom using Royal Mail Signed For Delivery and goods over the value of £50 will be sent using Royal Mail Special Delivery. Goods will be sent to Europe using Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed. For all deliveries your order will require a signature on arrival. If you are unable to sign for your delivery please ask for your order to be sent by standard mail. Please note that standard mail cannot be tracked and you will not be covered for loss or non-delivery of your order.
