Due to their handmade quality, goods may vary slightly from the image(s) shown and all measurements given are approximate. Materials including handmade felt may also differ slightly in colour and shape, but will be in the style of the piece shown.
Cosy Mama products are made-to-order. Orders are usually sent out within 7 working days after receipt of order and payment, but some items may take slightly longer. If an item is required more urgently please let us know and we will do our best to get it to you quickly. If for any reason we are unable to fulfil your order we will contact you via email and give you the option of waiting until the item is available, choosing an alternative item or cancelling your order. When you place your order we must receive payment in full before the order can be accepted.
Payment is through PayPal. Once you add to cart you will be taken to PayPal and can checkout or continue shopping. There are several options of how to pay and more information is available on the PayPal website.
We love hearing that our customers are happy so we hope you will be delighted with your Cosy Mama purchase but unwanted goods can be exchanged for an item of the same value or lower.
Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven days of receipt of your goods (with the exception of any made to order items). If you do not return the goods delivered to you or do not pay the costs of delivery, we will be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be re-credited to you.
Please return goods unworn/unused in perfect condition including any gift packaging within 7 days. Please use insured delivery as we cannot be held responsible for anything that gets lost or damaged in transit. Postage costs for delivery or return cannot be refunded and postage costs will be applied for delivery of exchanged goods.
Specially commissioned goods cannot be returned or cancelled.
Cancellation by us
We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if:
a) we have insufficient stock to fulfil your order
b) we are not able to deliver to your area
c) one or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error.
If we do cancel your contract we will notify you by e-mail and will re-credit your account with the amount paid as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days of your order.
Goods up to the value of £50 will be sent out in the United Kingdom using Royal Mail Recorded Signed For Delivery and goods over the value of £50 will be sent using Royal Mail Special Delivery. Goods will be sent to Europe using Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed. For all deliveries your order will require a signature on arrival. If you are unable to sign for your delivery please ask for your order to be sent by standard mail. Please note that standard mail cannot be tracked and you will not be covered for loss or non-delivery of your order.

Delivery charges vary according to the type of goods ordered and cannot be refunded.
The Cosy Mama website, any content contained therein and any contract brought into being as a result of usage of this Cosy Mama website are governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Parties to any such contract agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. All contracts are concluded in English.
